About Us

 I’m the founder of H&E Business Advisors, and I help entrepreneurs overcome challenges, accelerate growth, prepare for sale, and successfully navigate the business transition process. My approach is grounded in real-world experience — I’ve built companies from the ground up, managed them through growth, and sold them.

 My business journey started young. At 13, I worked for my uncles installing HVAC systems and roofing. In high school and college, I gained heavy equipment and concrete construction experience . I went on to earn a B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and an A.A.S. in Electrical Power Technology from Bismarck State University while working as a project manager and estimator for a heavy industrial electrical contractor.

 In 2012, I founded a construction company specializing in drilled shaft foundations, concrete structures, and underground utilities. Five years later, I launched a rebar fabrication company. Both businesses thrived, and in 2024 I successfully sold them, giving me firsthand insight into every stage of the acquisition process.

 What sets me apart from most business brokers is that my commitment doesn’t end at the closing table. After selling my construction company, I worked alongside the new owner to implement systems, integrate software, build teams, develop SOPs, and create strategies that helped him turn his vision for the company into reality. 

 Today, I use that experience to help business owners solve operational and financial problems, build value, prepare for transition, and get acquisitions running at full potential. I understand the stakes because I’ve been there — and I know how to get results.

 Outside of business, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, hauling my kids to rodeos, working with horses, and trail running. I believe every person is created for a purpose, and when we align our work with that purpose, extraordinary things can happen.
